Zarate is the best beach for wave sailing in the Paracas Bay zone. It's located about 20 minutes south of Atenas. It's a rocky beach with a somewhat tricky access, but in good days it can have 2 meter waves and 25 knots of wind.  The wind blows sideshore, in the same direction of the break (south).
